Ingredients

• 1 large tomato or 2 small ones
• 2 tbs. olive oil
• 1 tbs. Water
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

• Slice tomato in bowl.
• Add rest of ingredients & mix.
• Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes to absorb flavor.
