<li>2/3 cup  boiling water</li>
<li>1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin</li>
<li>ice cubes</li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>

<li>Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.</li>
<li>Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.</li>
<li>Mix in Cool Whip.</li>
<li>Refrigerate 20 to 30 min. or until mixture is very thick and will mound.</li>
<li>Spoon into crust.</li>
<li>Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.</li>

<p>OK, this is not very Italian, but it is too good to leave out.</p>
